Wed., October 9 @ 7PM – Stress Relief: Quick Tips for Busy Lives
Techniques to help calm the mind and relax the body. The focus will be on breathing exercises, self-hypnosis, and many other holistic techniques to aid in stress relief. Patty will also discuss various foods and beverages that increase energy and help boost immune system function.
Wed., October 23 @7PM – Massage & Acupressure: Easy Self-Care Techniques
Detailed ways to maintain and support a healthy body through simple self-massage and craniosacral fascial techniques. Potent stress-relieving and immune-boosting acupressure points will also be demonstrated.
Wed., November 6 @ 7PM – Healing Thru Nutrition and Herbal Remedies
Discussion on how to heal yourself through nutrition and various herbal remedies. Foods that boost energy and immune system health will also be discussed.
Wed., November 20 @ 7PM – Hands-on Healing: Balancing Your Energy
Demonstration of various methods used to balance energy (and chakras) through use of techniques such as meditation, crystals, and energy work such as Reiki. Also, if there is interest, various methods to increase intuition will be discussed.
Wed., December 4 @ 7PM – Hypnosis for Change!
Discussion of various holistic methods/modalities that can change your life! The Emotional Freedom Technique, self-hypnosis, and positive affirmations are among some of the techniques to be demonstrated.
